Today's Biker "Gang"

Recent news media stations are blowing this story about the stunt team in New York that lost some fellow riders. Though I feel for their fallen brethren, I can't help but put shame on them for hurting the "biker" image.
Chasing down a man that felt his family was in danger and from his discomfort fled from the group while running down riders. This is a terrible instance, but what in the hell where they doing in the road 50+ riders deep, surrounding the SUV? Anyone would feel the intimidation. I feel the SUV made the correct decision. The stunt teams actions towards the vehicle and it's driver were uncalled for. Along with what they do on a daily basis. "Stunting" all over the public streets for some YouTube entertainment. What a load of crap! Find a private parking lot and ask for permission to injure/ kill yourself there, not among the public, endangering their lives. It puts a negative outlook on all riders and forces a step back for organizations like A.B.A.T.E..
Groups of bikers for the cause of motorcycle awareness to the public. We need to swallow pride and not support these types of riders, and perhaps educate them on how to be a better "biker". Shame Shame... These organizations make a great effort to fight for the rights of all riders. Freedom for the roads we all use. Events like this making news does not help their cause. Even if you aren't a member, you still enjoy the freedoms they fight for.
